Pregnancy & HIV/AIDS: Seeking Equitable Study (PHASES) Engagement Session

Approximately 16.1 million women worldwide are living with HIV, many of them of reproductive age. We know that pregnancy results in hormonal, metabolic, immunological and physiological changes, leaving questions about effectiveness, dosing and toxicity of existing therapies during this period. Yet women who are or may become pregnant have been excluded from countless trials, leaving a critical research gap. With your help, PHASES seeks to close this gap, exploring legal and ethical solutions to address the research questions surrounding HIV and Pregnancy.

Join us for a series of engagement sessions to discuss:

  • Key scientific priorities related to HIV & pregnancy
  • The greatest challenges to addressing pregnancy in research
