SUMMARY:Implementation Science Monthly Rounds
DESCRIPTION:The November Implementation Science Monthly Rounds (ISMR) will feature Drs. Sarah Rutstein and Kate Muessig. Dr. Rutstein is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of North Carolina’s Division of Infectious Diseases and a health services researcher whose work spans HIV prevention\, treatment\, and the intersection of HIV and bacterial STIs. Dr. Muessig\, Professor and Co-Director of the Institute on Digital Health and Innovation in the College of Nursing at Florida State University\, focuses on integrating digital tools\, behavior-change strategies\, and health systems navigation to improve HIV outcomes in the US and globally. \n  \nTheir joint talk\, “Supporting Tailored and Responsive PrEP in Rural North Carolina (STARR-NC)\,” will share findings from the STARR-NC study that leveraged rural and semi-rural STI clinics to improve linkage to PrEP care.
