Awardee

Will Beckham, PhD, MPH/MA, (he/him) is an Assistant Scientist at JHSPH in the Department of Health, Behavior and Society. His interests are in LGBTQ health disparities, particularly for transgender and gender-diverse people. His current research focuses on preferences for long-acting injectable PrEP among MSM in the US and the health impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on transgender communities. In the future, he plans to use implementation science approaches to improve access to HIV prevention for transgender men and other transmasculine people.
