This special issue features 23 manuscripts on key populations including men who have sex with men, female sex workers, and people who inject drugs from West and Central Africa. The manuscripts represent data from 11 different countries throughout the region and include quantitative and qualitative analysis, mathematical modeling studies, and comprehensive reviews. Over 100 authors contributed to this work from 18 different countries including 4 high income and 14 low and middle income countries.
