"The Baltimore Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Plan is a guiding document highlighting key strategies and activities to move Baltimore closer to ending the HIV epidemic by 2030. Its intent is for use by clinical providers, community-based organizations, academic institutions, neighborhood groups, funders, and the City of Baltimore (led by the Baltimore City Health Department) to help plan and design programs, allocate resources, foster partnerships, and direct monitoring and evaluation against shared goals, objectives and targets."
