Dr. Sanchez is an Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and a family nurse practitioner at the John G. Bartlett Specialty Practice Clinic providing HIV management. In addition to providing HIV care, Dr. Sanchez is a provider with Accessing Care Early (ACE) Youth/Young Adult Transition service, which facilitates the transition of pediatric HIV infected patients to adult care. His scholarship focuses on health risk behaviors (e.g., alcohol and substance use), HIV prevention, and health among sexual minority populations. As a MACC Scholar, he will explore sex-seeking within geosocial networking apps among Latino bisexual men and men that have sex with men.
