Latinx MACC

The Latinx Mid-Atlantic CFAR Consortium (MACC) has as its mission to bring together community, government, and academic partners who are dedicated to working collaboratively on shared concerns regarding the HIV epidemic among Latino/a/x communities in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC. 


The Latinx MACC strives to end the HIV epidemic and support the health and wellbeing of our Latino/a/x communities through: 

  • Strengthening community, government, and academic partnership
  • Facilitating scientific collaboration
  • Promoting community voice
  • Supporting the development of Latino/a/x and Latino/a/x-allied HIV advocates, leaders and researchers
