The CFAR Adolescent and Young Adult Scientific Working Group is awarding $5,000 to 2 investigators interested in HIV/AIDS research among those 13-24-years old.
- Could you conduct a secondary analysis of adolescent and young adult HIV data?
- Would participant incentives improve your enrollment?
- Do you need funds to obtain preliminary data for a grant application?
- Do you need supplemental funds to complete/expand an ongoing project?
Submit:
1. A two-page proposal to CFAR@jhmi.edu.The proposal must include:
- A research plan that describes background (why the project is important), objectives, approach, and analysis
- A timeline clearly showing how the proposed work will be completed within 1 year.
- A budget with justification explaining how the funds would be used.
- Expected outcome(s), implications, and next steps from your project, if funded
2. A biosketch.
Eligibility: Applicant must be a Hopkins-affiliated student researcher, post-doctoral fellow, junior faculty, faculty new to HIV or staff member.
